Our comprehensive maintenance program ensures your HVAC system operates efficiently and reliably throughout the year. Below are the detailed inspections we perform for both cooling and heating systems.
Cooling System Inspection
We perform a thorough inspection of your cooling system to maximize efficiency and prevent costly repairs:
- Inspect condensing fan motor & blade
- Check fan belts (if applicable)
- Change filters
- Check supply & return air temperatures
- Inspect all wiring & connections
- Verify refrigerant charge is within normal range
- Check AMP draw for fan motor and compressor
- Verify proper voltage and fuse condition
- Inspect contactor condition and points of contact
- Inspect capacitor and OHM levels
- Clean outdoor condenser coils
- Inspect condenser pad and surrounding area
- Visual inspection of ductwork
Heating System Inspection
Our heating system inspection ensures safe and efficient operation during colder months:
- Adjust fan speed (if applicable)
- Inspect all wiring and connections
- Inspect burners and orifices
- Inspect flame sensor
- Inspect hot surface ignitor or spark ignitor
- Confirm heat rise is within normal range
- Inspect for gas leaks in furnace and accessible gas connections
- Check heat pump in heating mode (if applicable)
- Inspect inducing fan motor
- Inspect inducing hose to pressure switch
- Visual inspection of ductwork
